United Methodist Men
Breakfast meetings of the UMMC are held every month on the second Saturday at 8:OO O'clock in Founder's Hall. We invite all of the men to come and join us for good food, fellowship, and guest speaker.
The UMM had their regular Saturday breakfast on 12,13,08 with 23 in attendance. Dan Shoemaker was the featured speaker and his topic was on the planned mission trip to Haiti. Dan is a coordinator and planner for mission trips. After his talk several of the men talked to him concerning our churches planned trip to Haiti.
The UMM want to thank the congregation for their support of the fish fry. We heard many good reports.
Activities in the planning stages include a work day to clean and trim the trees and grounds, What we can do to help at the Winterfest, another fish fry, a Valentines dinner and dance, and an outing to ahockey game or a basketball game.
It looks like a busy winter for the UMM.

The first meeting of the New Year is on Monday January 12th.l We meet in Fellowship Hall at 9:00a.m. for a time of Talk and Treats. The business meeting will follow at 9:30a.m.. Please remember to bring your U.M.W. yearly membership Offering Envelope with your pledge. There has been a change in scheduling of our programs. “Missions” will be presented by Debra Haley. She will give us all the latest progress that is going on in the program. All women of the church are invited to join us for a morning of interesting programs and fellowship.
